Account Manager – Brand Relationship & Strategy

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to act as the primary liaison for our strategic brand partners. In this role you will nurture senior‑level relationships, monitor brand health and ensure that sales commitments are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities

• Own senior‑level relationships with assigned strategic brand accounts and serve as the trusted escalation point.
• Conduct regular strategic check‑ins to assess partnership health and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor brand sentiment across all touchpoints, flag potential risks early and maintain clear health indicators for leadership.
• Align sales commitments with operational capabilities by coordinating with Operations, Creative and Finance teams.
• Provide strategic recommendations to leadership to strengthen and expand partnerships.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing strategic brand accounts or key client relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret brand sentiment data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and drive execution.
