Account Executive II – Full Cycle Sales

About the role

Lightspeed is seeking a Full Cycle Account Executive II to drive new retail business growth in the Philippines. You will manage inbound opportunities from SDRs, re‑engage historical leads, and guide prospects through the entire sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle, from qualification and discovery to product demos, negotiation, and closing.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline, accurately forecasting activity and revenue in Salesforce and other sales tools.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on pricing, deal strategy, and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Prepare accurate sales quotes, contracts, and orders to ensure a seamless buying experience.
• Gather and share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing the full sales cycle in a quota‑carrying, new‑business sales role.
• Experience selling SaaS, cloud solutions, e‑commerce, retail technology, or point‑of‑sale systems.
• Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills with a track record of meeting daily, weekly, and quarterly targets.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales goals consistently.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, growth‑oriented mindset with enthusiasm for building a successful sales career.
