Account Executive – Davao

About the role

The Account Executive will manage, develop and maintain business relationships with existing and prospective clients in the Davao market. The role focuses on achieving sales targets through product education, proposal preparation and strong client engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and sustain relationships with existing and potential clients to meet sales objectives.
• Provide product and service education and sales support to key accounts.
• Conduct presentations, prepare proposals and secure signed agreements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company products and solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, handling internal and external communications.
• Coordinate sales leads and support other SBU sales teams.
• Oversee account maintenance, including rate reviews, claims monitoring, credit checks, reporting, contract preparation and renewals.
• Set individual budgets and analyze gross profit for all accounts.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and business ethics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent.
• 1‑4 years of experience in corporate sales or a related field.
• Excellent selling and communication abilities.
• Strong organization, planning, problem‑solving, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present information to clients and address business concerns.
• Capability to work across functions in a matrix and culturally diverse environment.
