Accommodation Consultant – Bahasa Speaker (12‑month Contract)

About the role

The Accommodation Consultant will support employees and senior leadership by managing disability accommodations and leave services. This remote, 12‑month fixed‑term position requires native‑level Bahasa Indonesia to communicate effectively with regional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct accommodation reviews to ensure compliance and support employee requests.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert on accommodation processes and relevant disability laws.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end case management, collaborating with stakeholders, leave‑of‑absence managers, and third‑party administrators.
• Communicate decisions, distribute Job Accommodation Records, and partner with appropriate teams for implementation.
• Educate employees and HR on complex return‑to‑work and accommodation cases.
• Maintain a caseload of up to 120 cases, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Keep system records accurate and timely, provide training, and adhere to internal SLAs.
• Participate in DLS projects and travel up to 25% of the time as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of case‑management experience, including investigations.
• Minimum 1 year of human‑resources experience.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and organizational abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
