Virtual Nurse – Hybrid (AU NDIS)

About the role

ConnectOS is seeking a Virtual Nurse to provide remote health assessments for a diverse client base, primarily serving Arabic‑speaking customers. The position operates on a hybrid schedule, Monday to Friday, 06:00 AM‑03:00 PM PHT.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound telehealth calls (average 14‑15 per day) to gather client information.
• Collect and document medical history, diagnosis updates, functional status, and support system evaluations.
• Maintain accurate notes that serve as the primary source for review by other nursing staff.
• Coordinate scheduling matters with the rostering team; no direct liaison with other nurses required.

Required profile

• Valid nursing degree and background; Australian registration not required.
• Fluency in Arabic (mandatory, as 50‑60% of clients speak Arabic).
• Telehealth or call‑center experience preferred but not mandatory.
• No prior scheduling experience needed.

Required skills

• Arabic language proficiency.
• Nursing assessment knowledge.
• Telehealth call handling (preferred).
