Virtual Nurse (AU NDIS, Hybrid)

About the role

ConnectOS is seeking a Virtual Nurse to perform remote health assessments for Australian NDIS clients. The position operates Monday‑Friday, 06:00‑15:00 PHT, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls (average 14‑15 per day) to gather client medical history, diagnosis updates, functional status, and support system information.
• Document all collected data accurately for review by nursing staff.
• Coordinate schedule and operational needs with the rostering team.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection policies.

Required profile

• Valid nursing degree (Australian registration not required).
• Fluency in Arabic (mandatory, as 50‑60% of clients speak Arabic).
• Telehealth or call‑center experience preferred but not mandatory.
• No prior scheduling experience needed.
