Teacher – Early Childhood Education

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Teacher to join our school community and uphold the highest standards of academic excellence. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons, foster personal growth, and support the holistic development of each student.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain academic excellence aligned with the school’s vision, mission, and Integral Formation methodology.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans that follow the approved curriculum and teaching methodology.
• Motivate students toward continuous personal improvement and assess their work with timely, constructive feedback.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with parents about student progress and integral formation.
• Supervise and discipline students both inside and outside the classroom, ensuring a safe learning environment.
• Maintain accurate records of student development and progress.
• Continuously update professional knowledge with new teaching methods, resources, and developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Licensed Professional Teacher with at least two years of teaching experience.
• Good moral character and strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for stimulating a love of learning in students.
