Student Movement Coordinator I

About the role

The Student Movement Coordinator ensures that learners are placed in the correct cohorts and have appropriate access to course materials. This role acts as the central point for tracking student payments, entitlements, and roster accuracy, supporting a smooth learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage student transfers between cohorts and update rosters for dropped, repeating, or returning learners.
• Report payment status to Evolve Support and resolve access questions promptly.
• Monitor HESI activity to identify non‑paying students who may have regained access without payment confirmation.
• Collaborate with Delivery Operations to prevent unauthorized access to Compass or Live Review.
• Enable or disable Evolve account access as needed and maintain detailed documentation of all movements and exceptions.
• Escalate unresolved payment or entitlement issues to the appropriate internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage student‑level records accurately.
• Clear written communication skills for handoffs, status updates, and internal documentation.
• Customer‑focused mindset and ability to prioritize time‑sensitive access needs.
• At least two years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent college coursework.
