Sr. Systems Support Associate (Wave Project Portfolio Management)

About the role

The International Organization for Migration is seeking a Senior Systems Support Associate to provide Tier‑2 assistance for Wave Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tickets. Working under the supervision of the Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC) Customer Service Officer, you will ensure smooth operation of PPM processes for Wave end‑users across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, resolve and document Tier‑2 PPM tickets submitted by Wave users.
• Collaborate with the GSSC team to align support activities with IOM business processes and information‑management best practices.
• Escalate complex issues to higher‑level support or relevant functional teams as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions and knowledge‑base articles.
• Participate in periodic system reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business Management or Administration, with at least four years of relevant experience, **or** a high‑school diploma with six years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting enterprise software applications, preferably in a multi‑national environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Oracle Cloud ERP modules (certifications preferred).
• Familiarity with the Wave Project Portfolio Management tool.
