Spanish-English Bilingual Sales Representative

About the role

StaffHero is looking for a motivated Spanish‑English bilingual sales representative to join its remote team. You will make high‑volume outbound calls to prospects, qualify leads, schedule appointments and keep accurate records in our CRM system.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound calls to prospects, clients, customers or healthcare professionals.
• Communicate professionally in both Spanish and English, following approved scripts while keeping conversations natural.
• Qualify leads, gather relevant information, and schedule appointments or follow‑up calls.
• Document call outcomes and customer details accurately in the CRM.
• Build rapport, nurture relationships and meet daily, weekly and monthly call and performance targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business development and operational goals.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting or related call‑center roles.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening and professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to handle objections, stay positive and work independently in a remote environment.
• Organizational and time‑management skills with basic computer proficiency.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel or Zoho.
