Software/Automation Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Software/Automation Engineer to design, develop and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies. The role is based in Tanauan City, Philippines and will be performed in a hybrid model, collaborating with business analysts and project managers to deliver scalable, secure solutions for our aerospace and defense customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Dataverse data models and Power BI dashboards.
• Develop and optimise Microsoft SQL Server databases, including schema design, performance tuning and data migration.
• Implement system integrations using REST APIs and automate processes with Python scripts.
• Create metadata‑driven applications and workflow‑governance capabilities that reduce future development effort.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications, support testing, deployment and production rollout.
• Produce technical documentation and ensure compliance with enterprise standards for security, scalability and business continuity.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of software development experience, preferably with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
