Software Engineer/Developer – iOS (AU, Retail, Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated iOS Software Engineer to join our retail technology team. The role is hybrid, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 6 am‑3 pm PHT, and will involve building and maintaining mobile applications that serve a large user base.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and release native iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI and Combine.
• Collaborate with product and UX teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs (GraphQL a plus) and integrate them into mobile apps.
• Participate in the full application lifecycle, from architecture to deployment and monitoring.
• Write unit and UI tests, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure security best practices.
• Contribute to agile planning, sprint reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• 2‑4 years of professional software development experience, preferably in mobile.
• Experience working in large, cross‑functional teams with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Swift, SwiftUI, Combine.
• Core iOS SDKs and frameworks.
• RESTful API integration; familiarity with GraphQL.
• DevOps tools: Atlassian suite, Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence.
• Understanding of security concepts and best practices.
