DevOps Engineer – Internal Platform & CI/CD Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to own and evolve our internal developer platform. You will ensure developers have streamlined tools, standardized workflows, and reliable deployment pipelines across cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and support CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployments.
• Centralize tools, documentation, and access to improve developer experience.
• Manage “golden path” self‑service deployment workflows and act as an escalation point for production issues.
• Lead documentation, reporting, automation, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with developers, SREs, and platform engineering teams to drive reliability and technical improvements.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert for internal developer platforms and DevOps services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on DevOps and CI/CD experience supporting production environments.
• Experience with public, private, or hybrid cloud infrastructures, especially AWS.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions and influence engineering best practices.

Required skills

• AWS core services: EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, Aurora DB, CloudWatch.
• Advanced Git usage, branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews.
• GitOps and configuration‑as‑code management.
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Spinnaker, FluxCD (or equivalents).
• Automation of testing, artifact versioning, container image management, and deployments.
• Programming languages: Kotlin, Node.js, Python, Go.
• Kubernetes cluster operations, Helm deployments (good‑to‑have).
• Build tools: Maven, Gradle (good‑to‑have).
• Monitoring with Datadog (good‑to‑have).
• Certifications: CKA, CKAD, AWS Associate or Professional (good‑to‑have).
