Software Engineer - GTM Platform

About the role

Treehouse is building an AI‑native staffing platform and needs a software engineer to create the systems that power growth, recruiting, and operations. You will work on everything from candidate sourcing pipelines to automated onboarding, using AI coding tools to move quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement candidate sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and outreach systems.
• Build signal‑driven workflows that turn data into automated actions.
• Connect APIs, databases, LLMs, and internal tools into reliable, scalable services.
• Automate onboarding processes and repetitive internal operations.
• Rapidly prototype and ship new products or experiments using ParseForge.
• Take projects from idea through production, user adoption, and iteration.

Required profile

• 2+ years of software engineering experience delivering products used by real users.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, with experience building APIs, databases, and modern web applications.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) to accelerate development.
• Comfort working with LLM APIs, agents, webhooks, and third‑party integrations.
• Self‑starter who can translate ambiguous business problems into concrete solutions.
• Fast shipper with strong product instincts and outcome focus.
