About the role

Visioneer LLC is seeking a Social Media Engagement & Organic Growth Specialist to expand the audience of a personal development and coaching brand. Based in Davao City, you will drive community interaction across multiple platforms, turning passive followers into active members.

Key responsibilities

• Grow social media audiences through organic engagement strategies on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Proactively engage with relevant creators, communities, pages, and conversations.
• Respond thoughtfully to comments and messages, nurturing relationships over time.
• Identify and initiate conversations with potential community members.
• Track engagement metrics, follower growth, and other KPIs.
• Test new organic growth tactics and report measurable results.
• Collaborate with content and leadership teams to align engagement with broader growth goals.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing social media engagement or organic audience growth.
• Proven track record of growing social media accounts.
• Strong written English and conversational communication skills.
• Understanding of platform‑specific community behavior.
• Ability to communicate naturally without sounding scripted.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Interest in coaching, psychology, personal development, wellness, or human behavior.
