About the role
The company is seeking a licensed Civil Engineer (RCE) to act as a Site Engineer for residential and fit‑out projects in Sta Rosa, Laguna. The role involves on‑site supervision, coordination with multiple stakeholders and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise residential and fit‑out construction activities on site.
- Monitor daily progress and guarantee on‑schedule completion.
- Coordinate with clients, representatives and trade contractors.
- Prepare cost estimates and material requisitions.
- Submit daily and weekly reports together with required site documentation.
- Enforce safety and housekeeping standards throughout the site.
Required profile
- PRC‑licensed Civil Engineer (RCE).
- 3–5 years experience in residential or fit‑out construction.
- Hard‑working, organized and able to work independently.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Sta Rosa, Laguna.
- Readiness to join an engineering services firm.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD (advantage).
- Valid driver’s license (advantage).
