About the role
ACCIONA is seeking a Site Engineer specialized in piling to support the MCRP-02 Railway Project in San Fernando, Pampanga. The role involves overseeing bored pile activities on‑site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in supervising piling works on site.
- Ensure proper execution of bored pile works according to approved method statements and quality standards.
- Monitor subcontractor activities during day and night shifts.
- Coordinate with Engineer and Client representatives on site activities and requirements.
- Maintain effective communication among all project stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2‑3 years of relevant experience in civil construction.
- Experience supervising and coordinating subcontractors on site.
- Ability to work regardless of assigned shift.
Required skills
- Knowledge of the bored pile construction process.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and documentation management.
- Experience coordinating with client and engineer representatives.
