Senior Sales Executive – MICE & Incentive Travel

About the role

Emirates is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive MICE and incentive travel sales in Manila. The role focuses on building relationships with MICE agents, associations and other stakeholders to position Dubai as a premier global MICE destination and increase third‑ and fourth‑freedom traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with major MICE agents, associations, convention bureaus, hotels, DMCs and tourism offices.
• Collaborate with the Global MICE team and regional sales managers to manage strategic accounts and share opportunities across territories.
• Achieve weekly call targets, update sales plans in Salesforce.com and report outcomes.
• Develop and implement marketing and sales plans for key accounts, monitor revenue results and recommend actions to maximise income.
• Negotiate incentive and discount agreements, generate leads using business intelligence tools and convert them into accounts.
• Track competitor activity and coordinate Emirates’ response with local and global teams.
• Represent Emirates as a brand ambassador at industry functions and events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in airline or travel trade sales environment.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality.
