About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter based in the Philippines who can support US work hours. In this position you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a variety of technical and non‑technical roles across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

Identify and engage top candidates through job boards, social media, networking events and other sourcing channels.
Screen candidates to evaluate technical skills, experience and cultural fit.
Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent for current and future openings.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth experience.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance.

Required profile

Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar talent‑acquisition role.
Solid understanding of technical roles and related technologies to assess candidate qualifications.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships with both candidates and clients.
