Senior Project Manager

About the role

Wells Fargo is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead cross‑functional product and business initiatives from planning through implementation and post‑production support. The role works closely with Product Owners, Scrum teams, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Release Management to ensure successful delivery and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or participate in sub‑program components of moderate complexity, contributing to project plans, budgets and change‑management timelines.
• Review and analyze business systems to anticipate change impacts and develop engagement strategies.
• Manage resource requirements, dependencies, financials, status reporting, risk adaptation and escalation.
• Collaborate with project coordinators, business partners and stakeholders to achieve project goals within established timelines.
• Matrix‑manage other project managers and coordinators across multiple projects.

Required profile

• 4+ years of project management or related experience, with strategic planning exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in an Agile environment.
• Strong communication, organizational and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Experience delivering large‑scale organizational change and working with senior leaders.
