Senior Producer

About the role

WPP Production is seeking a Senior Producer to lead the delivery of video, print and digital campaigns for high‑profile clients. You will act as the central hub between regional teams, agencies and local production crews, ensuring projects move from brief to final delivery with accuracy and speed.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the end‑to‑end production process for multi‑channel content, from brief to final delivery.
• Interpret creative briefs and guide visual style, tone, music and audio while managing technical specifications for each platform.
• Oversee complex budgets, ensure cost‑effectiveness and meet fast‑turnaround timelines.
• Collaborate with WPP network agencies (e.g., Ogilvy, VML) as the primary contact for global campaigns.
• Maintain project governance, risk management and post‑production workflows.

Required profile

• 6‑10+ years of experience as a producer in an agency or production house.
• Strong understanding of integrated production workflows across film, digital and print.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project‑management tools.
• Excellent financial acumen and ability to solve problems proactively under pressure.
