About the role
We are looking for a Senior IT Service Desk professional to join our global Managed Service Provider (MSP) team. You will support diverse clients, solve complex IT challenges, and grow your technical career with international exposure.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line IT support to a variety of global clients in an MSP environment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across networks, systems, and applications.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure timely incident resolution and client satisfaction.
Required profile
- Proven experience in an IT service desk or similar support role.
- Ability to handle complex technical problems and work with international clients.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work on‑site in Taguig City.
