Senior Full Stack Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to own and evolve production‑grade systems in a 100% remote environment. The role blends deep technical expertise with architectural decision‑making to deliver high‑impact, real‑time user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend and frontend applications.
• Make and own architectural decisions for production systems.
• Develop reliable server‑to‑browser interactions, including WebSocket‑based real‑time features.
• Design PostgreSQL data models with proper transactions, locks, constraints, and performance tuning.
• Implement Redis for caching, pub/sub messaging, and distributed locking.
• Integrate payment processing (subscriptions, refunds, webhooks) using Stripe or equivalent.
• Release LLM‑powered functionality for external customers.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues that could affect financial loss, data integrity, or service continuity.
• Communicate technical decisions, risks, and trade‑offs to leadership and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proven track record of owning systems at scale and understanding performance, concurrency, reliability, payments, and data implications.
