Senior Full-Stack Developer (Hybrid, Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our hybrid team at UP Technohub in Quezon City. The role starts with a night‑shift schedule for the first 1–2 months before moving to a 3 PM‑12 AM shift, offering the chance to design and deliver scalable web solutions on AWS.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high‑quality, scalable web applications.
• Build and optimise server‑side APIs and micro‑services using Node.js.
• Create responsive front‑end interfaces with Angular or React and TypeScript.
• Deploy, manage and monitor applications on AWS cloud services.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Debug, test and resolve performance or security issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews and continuous‑integration pipelines.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Proven ability to deliver both front‑end and back‑end components in fast‑paced environments.
• Experience with cloud deployments, preferably AWS.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
