Senior Estimator – Civil Infrastructure (WFH)

About the role

ConnectOS is seeking a Senior Estimator to support tendering and delivery of local‑government civil infrastructure projects across New South Wales. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from Manila while collaborating with an Australian team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, cost plans and tender strategies for roads, drainage, parks and footpaths.
• Manage full‑cycle procurement and ensure compliance with council procurement processes.
• Utilise internal systems such as Assignar, SharePoint and Excel BOQs to generate competitive, profitable tenders.
• Coordinate with Directors, Project Managers and site teams to meet project timelines.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of civil construction estimating experience, preferably on local‑government projects.
• Strong knowledge of Australian construction practices, standards and council procurement procedures.
• Advanced proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment while handling multiple projects.
