Senior Consultant – Dayforce Core HR

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant with deep expertise in Dayforce Core HR to join its Global Delivery Services People Consulting team. The role involves configuring, supporting, and enhancing the Dayforce HR platform for a worldwide client base, ensuring seamless integration with payroll, benefits, and financial systems.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dayforce Core HR modules, including employee records, organizational structures, and position management.
• Support related functional areas such as payroll, benefits, general ledger, and system integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Dayforce solutions.
• Design and build workflows, XML forms, and HR process automations following best practices.
• Lead configuration activities, perform testing, and provide post‑implementation support.
• Document configurations and provide knowledge transfer to client teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior consultant or analyst working with Dayforce Core HR.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll, benefits, and financial integrations.
• Ability to work with global, cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
