SAP HCM Technical Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Technical Lead to join Strada’s Professional Services team. The role focuses on designing, implementing and optimizing SAP payroll and SuccessFactors solutions for global clients, working across the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and propose SAP HCM and payroll solutions.
• Design, develop, configure and document integrations, including ECP and other SAP modules.
• Lead implementation phases such as estimation, development, testing and deployment.
• Act as liaison between HR Operations, IT and clients to deliver scalable payroll solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support for continuous improvement and optimization initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience with SAP HCM, payroll and SuccessFactors.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work US‑based hours.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
