SAP ABAP Developer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated SAP ABAP Developer to join our growing SAP team in the Philippines. The role is hybrid, with on‑site work in Taguig or Alabang when collaboration or testing is required.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and implement ABAP programs ranging from low to medium complexity based on functional specifications.
• Develop RICEF objects, BAPIs, RFCs and IDocs, and support troubleshooting and debugging throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers and technical leads to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Support user acceptance testing, resolve defects and ensure optimal system performance.
• Participate in effort estimations, document technical designs and maintain code quality through reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on ABAP development experience, preferably with SAP SD, MM and FICO modules.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
