Sales Officer

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
• Manage and update the sales pipeline.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Identify and resolve customer issues and concerns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of solid sales experience.
• Background in Real Estate, Technology Equipment, or similar industries is an advantage.
• Proven track record in professional selling (B2B and/or high-value transactions).
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Self‑motivated, competitive, and goal‑oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong client‑first approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
