Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive growth in the US market. This remote, freelance‑style position offers the flexibility of an independent contractor while providing a stable monthly retainer.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and close inbound and outbound sales opportunities targeting US clients.
• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, referrals and company‑provided prospects.
• Present, promote and sell products/services by aligning solutions with customer needs.
• Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns that boost lead conversion.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation and regularly report pipeline status.
• Provide client feedback to improve products/services.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings and customer insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably B2B or service‑based.
• Exceptional English communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Self‑starter capable of working independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Organized, goal‑driven and able to work flexible hours to accommodate US clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus but not required.
