Revenue Coordinator / Revenue Analyst

About the role

The Revenue Coordinator / Revenue Analyst will join the Revenue Management & Distribution team of a new 5‑star Mandarin Oriental hotel in Makati. The position supports pre‑opening commercial activities and continues to optimise rooms, groups, events and ancillary revenue streams after opening.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of pre‑opening revenue and distribution strategies.
• Assist in setup and testing of PMS, CRS, RMS, channel manager and S&C systems.
• Develop SOPs, dashboards, reports and forecasting templates.
• Conduct market intelligence, competitive benchmarking and demand analysis.
• Load rates, configure inventory and ensure distribution readiness.
• Monitor pickup, pace, occupancy, ADR and RevPAR trends.
• Support ongoing forecasting and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Experience supporting pre‑opening revenue and distribution initiatives.
• Familiarity with revenue management processes and performance metrics.
• Ability to collaborate with commercial, sales, marketing, finance and operations teams.
• Strong analytical mindset for demand analysis and market intelligence.
