Remote Recruiter – Full‑time (US clients)

About the role

AlphaHire is seeking a full‑time Remote Recruiter to source, qualify, and submit candidates for its U.S. clients across construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, industrial, and professional services sectors. You will focus on generating talent pipelines, conducting outbound outreach, and managing the end‑to‑end recruiting process.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Workable, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
• Build and maintain pipelines for multiple open positions, especially hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Make outbound calls, send emails and texts, and follow up consistently with prospects.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess experience, technical fit, compensation expectations, and availability.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS, prepare summaries, and coordinate with Account Managers.

Required profile

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls and strong communication skills.
• Organizational ability to manage multiple pipelines.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a professional home office.
