Recruitment Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will work on US night‑shift hours, supporting clients worldwide by sourcing and placing candidates across mass, administrative and professional roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑life‑cycle recruiting for multiple client locations, from job ad creation to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a virtual bench of ready‑to‑hire candidates, focusing on cultural fit and diversity.
• Gather hiring requirements, track requisitions, and maintain accurate activity in the ATS.
• Conduct reference and background checks, extend offers, and ensure timely communication with all parties.
• Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports and participate in candidate satisfaction surveys.
• Research market trends and develop sourcing strategies for under‑represented talent pools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume recruiting, preferably in a remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to act as liaison between hiring managers, clients and candidates.
• Ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously while adhering to policies and procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and internet recruiting platforms.
• Expertise in building Boolean search strings and sourcing passive candidates.
• Familiarity with web‑based job boards and online talent pools.
