Recruiter (RPO)

About the role

The Recruiter (RPO) will manage inbound and active candidate processing for IBM Consulting, reviewing applications from multiple sourcing channels and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers. Acting as the first point of contact, the recruiter will convey the client’s EVP and represent the company, industry, and role opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers.
• Post job requisitions on various job boards.
• Maintain strong relationships with client subject‑matter experts and identify optimization opportunities.
• Participate in discovery meetings to define delivery expectations and sourcing strategies.
• Screen candidates using resume reviews, pre‑recorded or scripted interviews and present short‑lists to hiring managers or Talent Acquisition Business Partners.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an in‑house, RPO or agency setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and support high‑volume hiring initiatives.
• Proficiency with web‑based applicant tracking systems and knowledge of functional recruitment best practices.
• Experience in US recruitment, healthcare or IT is a plus.
