About the role

Crisp is looking for a results‑driven Recruiter to own full‑cycle hiring for both internal positions and law‑firm client roles. You will manage pipelines, ensure a high‑quality candidate experience, and meet aggressive hiring targets while maintaining rigorous standards.

Key responsibilities

Own 6+ active requisitions simultaneously, driving each from intake through hire.
Conduct high‑volume phone screens (20+ per week) and evaluate candidates against role requirements.
Maintain accurate data in the ATS and related systems, ensuring candidates move promptly through each pipeline stage.
Achieve a minimum of four unique hires per month and target a 21‑day time‑to‑fill for most roles.
Communicate role expectations, compensation ranges, and value propositions clearly to candidates.

Required profile

Strong attention to detail and disciplined pipeline management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Residency in the Philippines with legal authorization to work locally.
