Record to Report (R2R) Accountant (Spanish‑Speaking Preferred)

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven Record to Report (R2R) Accountant with a strong preference for Spanish‑speaking professionals. The role focuses on general accounting, financial reporting and process excellence within a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all financial accounting activities comply with company policies, local regulations and accounting standards.
• Participate in internal and external audits, providing complete and accurate documentation.
• Provide technical expertise in R2R processes and resolve complex queries or escalations.
• Review financial reports, perform reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Prepare schedules and compile supporting documentation for audits.
• Support Fixed Assets processes, including asset creation, tagging, capitalization policy implementation and monthly closing.
• Provide tax‑related information for annual tax computation and estimates.
• Collaborate on master‑data creation projects and adhere to the Financial Target Operating Model.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Shared Services Center.
• Strong knowledge of R2R accounting processes and proper accounting treatments.
• Fluent in English; Spanish fluency highly preferred.
• Willingness to support US region month‑end closing during evening hours.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, with strong problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
