QA Automation Engineer (B2B Payments)

About the role

As a QA Automation Engineer you will own the automated quality coverage for B2B payment systems. You will build and maintain test infrastructure that ensures critical transaction flows and integrations remain reliable at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for B2B payment scenarios.
• Validate APIs, backend services, and end‑to‑end transaction flows.
• Execute test cases, analyze results, and investigate defects across payment services and integrations.
• Collaborate with developers and DevOps to improve testing tools, environments, and delivery quality.
• Communicate defects, edge cases, and risks clearly to engineering and product teams.
• Contribute to test strategy and automation approaches as the platform scales.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in QA automation or a similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with API testing, both manual and automated.
• Background testing applications in financial institutions such as banks, brokers, or exchanges.
• Strong ability to describe complex defects and edge cases clearly and concisely.
