Project Marketing Manager

About the role

Salmon is looking for a Project Marketing Manager to turn a growing stream of cross‑functional marketing requests into a clear, managed process from brief to launch. You will own the end‑to‑end workflow, ensure timely delivery, and keep the marketing calendar synchronized with the team’s Jira board.

Key responsibilities

• Own promo and communication requests from intake through launch, publication and result verification.
• Maintain and optimise the Jira board, including task breakdown, statuses, SLAs, templates, automation and documentation.
• Break requests into subtasks for design, copywriting, CRM, SMM, website, procurement, legal/permits and assign owners.
• Track deadlines, flag risks early, and escalate stalled tasks to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain a single marketing calendar aligned with Jira to avoid conflicts across campaigns.

Required profile

• Experience in marketing, marketing operations or marketing project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple parallel tasks and stakeholders across creative, legal, procurement and CRM functions.
• Strong structural and process mindset to turn chaotic request streams into clear workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management – gather missing information, set expectations and handle escalations.
