Production and Operation Section Head

About the role

The Production and Operation Section Head oversees all minting activities, ensuring efficient machine operation, precise materials management, coordinated production, and strict quality control while maintaining safety and meeting production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage minting operations, guaranteeing safety and security of personnel, facility, equipment, and gold materials while sustaining operational efficiency.
• Oversee the complete gold minting process according to approved procedures and quality standards.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules, raw material needs, logistics, and delivery of finished gold products to achieve targets.
• Supervise inventory, storage, security, and safekeeping of gold inputs, work‑in‑process stocks, and finished goods.
• Monitor production quality, equipment condition, preventive maintenance, and operational performance, preparing required reports.
• Lead and develop the minting team through coaching, training, performance management, and implementation of 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Graduate of a four‑year program, preferably with vocational or trade certification in metalworking, jewelry‑making, minting, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in manufacturing/operations management, stamping/minting, product development, and people management.
• Knowledge and technical experience with gold or other precious metals, stamping, forming, or minting operations.
