Part‑time Onsite ESL Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Part‑time Onsite ESL Teacher to join our team at Enderun Colleges Campus in McKinley Hill, Taguig. You will help international students improve their English speaking, listening, reading, and writing abilities through engaging, customized lessons.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group English lessons using lectures, discussions, and practical demonstrations.
• Adapt curriculum and teaching materials to match diverse proficiency levels and learning styles.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and suggest improvement strategies.
• Prepare and submit detailed progress reports throughout the program.
• Maintain a well‑organized classroom environment and ensure all teaching resources are ready for each session.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Literature, Communication Arts, Education, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• 1–3 years of teaching English or related language experience preferred; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
