Outbound Cold Caller and Sales Closer with 2+ years experience

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Cold Caller and Sales Closer to drive lead generation and sales for a US‑based professional services business serving real estate agents and brokerages. The role starts onsite in Alabang for one month and may transition to a hybrid arrangement based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls using provided lead lists to introduce services and generate interest.
• Qualify prospects according to set criteria and document detailed conversations.
• Schedule discovery calls, consultations and sales appointments, coordinating with internal teams.
• Guide prospects through the sales pipeline, handling objections and following approved scripts.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, updating lead statuses, notes and follow‑up schedules.
• Track daily outreach activity, conversations and appointments to meet performance goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing or business development.
• Excellent verbal and written English with strong rapport‑building and objection‑handling abilities.
• Proven ability to generate appointments and close sales in a B2B environment.
• Tech‑savvy with proficiency in CRM systems, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Self‑motivated, resilient to rejection, detail‑oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
