O&M Rule Expert – NSCR O&M Program Manager

About the role

The O&M Rule Expert 1 (NSCR O&M Program Manager) will lead the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) program for the NSCR project, ensuring that all O&M deliverables are planned, coordinated, monitored and delivered on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of the NSCR component of the Integrated O&M Program, including deliverables, milestones and dependencies.
• Plan, coordinate, monitor and deliver NSCR O&M‑related activities, ensuring alignment with the NSCR Master Implementation Program timelines.
• Manage operational readiness activities for the NSCR O&M concessionaire, covering onboarding, knowledge transfer and progressive participation.
• Incorporate O&M requirements from the NSCR O&M Concession Agreement into the Integrated O&M Program and monitor compliance.
• Coordinate cross‑project activities, dependencies and interfaces with the MMSP O&M Program Manager.
• Provide technical guidance to the O&M Coordinator and other IOT functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations and maintenance program management for large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of concession agreements and operational readiness processes.
• Ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and manage complex schedules.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
