Occupational Health Nurse

About the role

The Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) provides frontline clinical and preventive health services in a fast‑paced corporate or BPO environment. The role ensures employee well‑being, workplace safety, and compliance with DOLE OSH regulations while supporting wellness and mental‑health initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver occupational health services including triage, first aid, medical assessments, and emergency care.
• Conduct regular health screenings, pre‑employment, annual, and exit examinations in collaboration with the Occupational Health Physician.
• Maintain accurate, confidential medical records and prepare required DOLE reports.
• Coordinate referrals, diagnostics, and specialist consultations with external medical providers.
• Support wellness programs, health promotion activities, and employee education on disease prevention.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in an occupational health setting.
• Current, valid nursing license and professional certification.
• Completed Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and willingness to work onsite shifts.
