About the role

We are seeking a Mobile Engineer to build BJAK’s AI Neobank app for Android and iOS. The role focuses on delivering clean, reliable, and intuitive mobile experiences for insurance, payments, claims, renewals and broader financial services.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop and ship mobile features for Android and/or iOS, integrating APIs and handling edge cases.
Collaborate with product, design and backend teams to translate complex journeys into usable mobile products.
Improve app performance, reliability, crash rates and overall user experience.
Support rapid product launches, experiments and iterations across mobile journeys.

Required profile

3+ years of mobile development experience (Android, iOS or both).
Strong experience with Kotlin and/or Swift and a track record of shipping production apps.
Good product sense, attention to mobile UX and ability to work with APIs, analytics and crash logs.
Self‑motivated, able to own work with limited hand‑holding and communicate effectively in English.
