ML Engineer

About the role

You will own ML models across credit scoring, collection, antifraud, and sales, turning data into systems that directly shape how Salmon lends and collects at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship ML models for credit scoring, collection, antifraud, and sales from day one.
• Collaborate with Collection, Product, and other cross‑functional teams to identify high‑impact modeling opportunities.
• Take models from idea to production, then monitor and improve them as real data arrives.
• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of ML models, including EDA, feature generation, hypothesis testing, deployment, and monitoring.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist, preferably in fintech or fast‑paced product environments.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
