About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Billing Specialist to join our revenue cycle management team in Dallas. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate claim submission and timely reimbursement for our healthcare practice clients.

Key responsibilities

Enter patient charges and demographic information accurately.
Submit medical claims electronically to insurance carriers via a clearinghouse.
Investigate and resolve rejected claims, following up with commercial and government payers.
Provide phone and email support to physician practices regarding billing inquiries.

Required profile

Minimum two years of experience in medical billing.
Comprehensive knowledge of the full revenue cycle in healthcare.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

CPT coding
ICD-10 coding
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
