MEAL Officer – Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability (Cotabato)

About the role

As a member of the Cotabato project team, the MEAL Officer will monitor and report on three CRS projects, ensuring best practices and improving impact for vulnerable communities.

Key responsibilities

• Support coordination and implementation of project activities according to implementation plans, CRS quality standards and donor requirements.
• Monitor and report challenges or gaps, assist stakeholders in reflecting on experiences, and coordinate M&E activities.
• Collect and analyze project data, prepare reports, and document activities, including case studies and promising practices.
• Identify local capacity and technical assistance needs of community, school and government partners and monitor capacity‑building activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the area.
• Minimum 3 years of project support experience, including participatory action planning and community engagement.
• Experience in monitoring projects and data collection is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Windows and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Field data collection, consolidation, analysis and reporting.
• Strong observation, active listening and analytical judgment.
