Marketing Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth for our food and beverage outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals and brand positioning.
• Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Manage brand identity across all channels (digital, print, in‑store, packaging, events).
• Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media, content, email and paid advertising.
• Conduct market research to analyze consumer behavior, trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and product development teams.
• Manage marketing budgets and track ROI of campaigns.
• Coordinate with agencies, designers, influencers and media partners.
• Ensure compliance with food labeling, advertising and regulatory standards.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare marketing reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media or a related field.
• 5‑8+ years professional experience in food and beverage marketing (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong project‑management ability, able to multi‑task and translate ideas into ROI‑focused actions.
• Experience in event planning, logistics, budgeting and vendor management.
• Team player, able to work in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate across business units.
