Marketing Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to empower our global Communications and Marketing teams with data‑driven storytelling. You will turn complex marketing and media data into clear narratives that guide strategic decisions across the digital landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end data tracking strategy for campaigns, managing UTM parameters and validating data via GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion APIs.
• Collect and audit data from ad platforms, web analytics, CRM and media monitoring tools to ensure data integrity.
• Monitor performance across SEO, SEM, paid social and email, analysing trends, anomalies and A/B test results.
• Synthesise data into holistic narratives, building dashboards in Looker Studio or Power BI and delivering regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Partner with marketing and communications teams as a strategic data storyteller, promoting data literacy across technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• Passionate about the art and science of marketing with a strong analytical mindset.
• Experience translating raw data into strategic insights that influence targeting, creative and budget decisions.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• UTM parameter management and conversion API validation
• Looker Studio or Power BI dashboard development
• Data collection and validation from ad platforms, CRM and media monitoring tools
• A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation analysis
