About the role

Our Management Training Program is designed to develop future leaders who will help drive our business forward. Over two years, trainees will undergo structured rotations across key departments, gaining exposure to operations, marketing, finance, and strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Complete rotations in operations, marketing, finance, and strategic planning.
• Participate in hands‑on projects and strategic initiatives.
• Receive mentorship from senior executives.

Required profile

• Graduate of a reputable university with strong academic performance, especially in Accounting, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Marketing (with Latin Honors, Licenses or Certifications).
• Strong leadership potential, analytical and problem‑solving ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech‑savvy and adaptable to the modern digital environment.
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
